Ingredients 

  • Coarse semolina 
  • Butter 
  • Water 
  • Sugar 
  • Cinnamon 
  • Pinenuts 

Instructions

  1. Half of stick of butter melted in a pan. Take the ratio of 1 cup of semolina to 6 cups water. Put the semolina in the pan with the melted butter and roast until golden brown. Put the ratio of water into a pot that you need in preparation. Put on the stove until boils. Take 1 3/4 cup of sugar (same size used for semolina and water) and put into the pot of water. When semolina is golden brown and water is boiling you put the semolina in the boiling water then garnish with cinnamon. Pour ready semolina into the bowling water while stirring as to make sure the semolina doesn’t clump. Stir the water while pouring the semolina into it. Stir occasionally until the semolina absorbs the water and thickens.
  2. Pine nuts should be roasted before garnishing the meal with.
